Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. “Dispatched” means your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is en route to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and start after your order has been dispatched. Here are the estimated transit times by region:

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may face delays beyond our control. International orders may also experience customs delays that extend the estimated timeframe.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It’s essential to provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete information can lead to delays or cancellations. If our system detects any address issues, our customer support team will reach out within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t receive a response, your order may be canceled.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to make changes, we can’t guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
While we hand over each package to our trusted carriers, Sorayu cannot control events once it’s in transit. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us via our Contact Us page. We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional details.
We’ll also follow up with the courier on your behalf. Although Sorayu cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package isn’t recovered.
